My name is Kira Day, and I am in two words, a Passion Builder.
After spending most of my career working for and with some of the top Global Fortune 500 and under brands, I found that whenever I have united my Passion with my Professions - success always followed.
In my profession my Passion was always creating simple solutions for complex problems. Combined with my focus on strategy, execution and plain old hard work - I founded the principles that would eventually become, The Passion Centre, Inc.
A company I later founded that now supports organizations and individuals to demystify themselves to discover what drives their unique Passions and show how to use it as innovation in the marketplace, or in their lives in general.

Renowned Economist, Michael Porter was once quoted as saying that, 'Innovation is the central issue in Economic prosperity'.
While that is true, I'm here to say that human inspiration is the central issue in creating innovation that is central to Economic prosperity.
In other words, for economic prosperity to be actualized, humans need greater access to inspiration.
On my journey I have learned that Passion is an access point to increased levels of inspiration.
And, there is an untapped supply of innovation that comes from our personal Passions. Yet few people know how to access it in order for Passion to be properly utilized in their professional careers and business start up journeys.

I came to Kira and The Passion Centre really looking to find my joy. After leaving my 17 year corporate gig, doing a year of intense self development work and starting my own business, (all in service of finding my true passion and purpose,) I found myself more stuck than ever. I am a fitness, nutrition and accountability coach and the host and producer of the body project podcast.
